SKIF Karate Canada is proud to recognize the dedication and strong performances of our athletes who competed at the 2026 Karate Canada Junior National Championships in Edmonton, Alberta. Representing SKIF Karate Canada with pride, our athletes stepped onto the national stage and demonstrated discipline, determination, and excellent competitive spirit throughout the tournament.
The Junior National Championships brought together talented young karate athletes from across Canada, creating a challenging and inspiring environment for competition. Although our athletes did not bring home medals this time, they performed exceptionally well and represented our dojo with confidence, focus, and sportsmanship.
SKIF Karate Canada was also proud to have four referees representing our organization at the tournament. Their presence and contribution helped support the smooth and fair running of the competition, while also demonstrating SKIF Karate Canada’s continued involvement in the development of karate across Canada.
Officials play an important role in every successful tournament, and we are grateful to our referees for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment throughout the event.
A special thank you goes to the parents, families, friends, coaches, and supporters who encouraged our athletes throughout their preparation and competition. Behind every athlete is a strong support system, and your time, encouragement, travel, and dedication make a meaningful difference.
Your support helps our athletes continue to grow, gain confidence, and represent SKIF Karate Canada with pride at events across the country.
Congratulations to all of our SKIF Karate Canada athletes and referees for representing our organization with excellence in Edmonton. We look forward to seeing our athletes continue to build on this experience as they prepare for future competitions.
