SKIF Karate Canada is proud to recognize the achievements and strong representation of our athletes and officials at the Panamerican Karate Championship.
Competing at an international level is a major accomplishment, and this event brought together some of the top karate athletes from across the Americas. Our representatives demonstrated dedication, discipline, and strong competitive spirit while representing their teams, communities, and karate backgrounds with pride.
Athlete Achievements
Liesel represented Canada in U21 Female Kata and delivered a strong performance, placing 7th in her division. Competing among high-level international athletes is an impressive achievement, and we are proud of the hard work, focus, and determination she brought to the tatami.
We would also like to recognize Yuki. Yuki competed in Male Team Kata, where his team earned a bronze medal, placing 3rd at the championship. It is wonderful to see athletes who began their karate journey with SKIF continue to grow, succeed, and represent karate at such a high level.
SKIF Karate Canada was also proudly represented by Sensei Alan, who served as a referee at the Panamerican Karate Championship. In addition to officiating at this prestigious international event, Sensei Alan successfully upgraded his license to Panamerican Referee B.
This is an important achievement and a reflection of his continued commitment to professional development, excellence in officiating, and contribution to karate beyond the dojo.
We are incredibly proud of Liesel, Yuki, and Sensei Alan for their achievements and representation at the Panamerican Karate Championship. Their dedication reflects the values of SKIF Karate Canada: discipline, perseverance, respect, and continuous growth.
